You can also report your symptoms by calling the SCH phone number that was given to you when you enrolled in the study. If you are calling from the phone number that you registered with for the study, SCH will recognize you and just ask for your PIN. If you are calling from a different phone, SCH will ask you to enter the phone number you enrolled with and once that is confirmed it will ask you to enter your PIN.
